Support to the claims adjudication and coverage analysis team We are seeking a professional with initial experience in the insurance field to support and monitor claims processes, ensuring agility, organization, and quality in customer service. Main Responsibilities: * Responsible for opening loss notices with insurers, monitoring end-to-end processes, ensuring document submission and verification, as well as supporting inspection scheduling and deadlines. * Directly interact with policyholders, providing clear guidance on procedures, required documentation, and process status, ensuring a smooth and secure customer experience. * Also provide support to the claims adjudication team, assisting in coverage analysis and technical validations, contributing to proper process handling. We seek an organized, communicative profile with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
