Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning Technician to join our team, focused on preparing and monitoring construction schedules and activities, ensuring project progress and indicator control. This is an opportunity to work in an environment that values dedication and commitment to the well-being of customers and their families. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and update **physical and physical-financial construction schedules**. * Monitor the **progress of activities at the construction site**, comparing planned versus actual performance. * Gather information from engineers, site supervisors, and foremen regarding the **progress of construction phases**. * Control **activity execution deadlines** and identify potential delays. * Prepare **construction progress reports** (status, advances, and pending items). * Support **resource planning**, including labor, equipment, and materials. * Update and monitor **construction performance indicators**. * Assist in **procurement and supply scheduling**, aligned with the construction schedule. * Participate in **planning and progress review meetings** with the engineering team. * Organize and maintain up-to-date **technical documentation and planning schedules**. * Assist in preparing **physical progress curves (S-Curves)**. **Qualifications / Requirements** **Education** * Technical course in **Building Construction**, Civil Construction Technology, or related fields. * Preferably pursuing a degree in **Civil Engineering** or related disciplines. **Requirements:** * Intermediate or advanced **Excel** proficiency. * Knowledge of **MS Project** or other planning software. * Familiarity with **AutoCAD** is desirable. * Familiarity with **Power BI** for reporting and indicators is desirable.
