Job Summary: Professional responsible for implementing, monitoring, and ensuring the Quality Management System (QMS) on construction sites, guaranteeing compliance with technical standards and improving construction processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Management in Construction Projects 2. Field Audits and Inspections 3. Failure Analysis and Corrective Actions * Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) on construction sites; * Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards for civil construction; * Develop, review, and control procedures, work instructions, and quality records; * Conduct internal audits and field inspections; * Monitor performance indicators (non-conformities, rework, waste, deadlines); * Analyze root causes of failures and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Oversee technological control of materials and executed services; * Support civil engineers and site teams in process standardization; * Ensure document traceability and technical organization of the project; * Conduct training on quality and best construction practices. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Civil Engineering.
