Job Summary: A professional to lead the management and execution of corrective, preventive, and scheduled maintenance of utilities and building infrastructure, optimizing equipment and facilities. Management of utility systems and building infrastructure **Zaraplast**, an industry leader in the packaging segment, is seeking a professional to serve as **Utilities and Building Facilities Leader** at our plant located in **Cabreúva / SP**. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and execute corrective, preventive, and scheduled maintenance of utilities and building infrastructure. * Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and improvements on equipment and facilities. * Specify, design, and install new equipment for the department. * Manage suppliers and outsourced services related to utilities and building facilities. * Control energy inputs, expenses, and investments within the area. * Manage utility systems including: * Refrigeration systems (chillers) * Cooling towers * Thermal oil heaters * Gas installations * Biogas generators * Building ventilation and exhaust systems * Hydraulic pumps and water systems * Tanks, reservoirs, and industrial equipment * Manage building infrastructure, including offices, industrial warehouses, cafeteria, roofs, flooring, metal structures, entrances, and outdoor areas. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering. * Industrial experience (preferably in **p**ackaging, food, hygiene, or chemical industries). * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Postgraduate studies or training in Occupational Safety will be considered a plus. * Must reside in Jundiaí, Itupeva, or Cabreúva. **We Offer:** Competitive market-based salary; Career development plan; Recognition card; Free shuttle service or transportation allowance (VT); On-site meals; Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Food basket; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Commercial partnerships – educational institutions, pharmacies, leisure facilities, etc. Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Profit participation * Meal allowance (VR) * Transportation allowance (VT) Work location: On-site
