Job Summary: We are looking for a Tech Lead Java to technically lead the team, support architectural decisions, ensure best practices, and accelerate the delivery of scalable solutions, with a focus on engineering and collaboration with product. Mentor developers and elevate the team's technical level We seek a Tech Lead Java to serve as the team's technical reference, supporting architectural decisions, ensuring best practices, and accelerating the delivery of scalable solutions. This is a hands\-on role focused on engineering, technical guidance, and collaboration with product. Responsibilities * Lead technical decisions and support the design of scalable solutions. * Develop and review code in the stack used by the team. * Ensure engineering standards:SOLID Clean Code Clean Architecture Automated testing CI/CD * Participate in architecture discussions (microservices, events, integrations). * Mentor developers and elevate the team's technical level. * Act as a technical facilitator in agile rituals (backlog refinement, estimation, and technical breakdown). * Collaborate with Product, QA, SRE/DevOps for efficient and high-quality delivery. Requirements: Requirements * Strong prior experience as a software developer. * Proficiency in at least one modern stack (backend or fullstack). * Experience with:Building and consuming APIs Microservices architecture Data modeling and access (SQL and/or NoSQL) AWS * Practical experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). * Clear technical communication and mentoring ability. Nice-to-have * Experience in fintechs or the financial sector. * Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (Angular or React), where applicable. * Messaging/event systems (Kafka, SQS, SNS). * Observability (structured logs, metrics, dashboards). * Experience with highly scalable distributed architectures.
