Job Summary: Atrio Hotel Management is seeking a Steward to handle restaurant and kitchen setup, cleaning, and organization, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards. Currently, Atrio manages over 80 operational hotels and is the largest Accor franchisee in Brazil, operating under the brands Ibis Budget, Ibis, Ibis Styles, Mercure, Grand Mercure, and Novotel, as well as managing independent brands. Join our FERAS team! We are looking for a Steward to work in the city/STATE region! **Responsibilities and Duties:** Set up and dismantle connectors’ restaurants by arranging and/or removing plates, cutlery, and napkins, and transporting and positioning food-filled sinks in designated areas. Provide customer service in accordance with brand standards. Use mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) required for performing assigned tasks. Comply with the hotel’s internal regulations, departmental policies, and procedures. Report any situation deemed dangerous or suspicious to supervisors. Perform other related duties as required by the department. Wash/clean dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils manually and/or using dishwashers. Perform general cleaning of kitchen premises and facilities, including equipment, Heartist restaurant, pantry, and all Food & Beverage (F&B) and food circulation areas. Carry out deep and specific cleaning as requested by supervisors. Collect garbage, sort/separate it, and deliver it to designated recycling locations. Clean, sort, organize, and store kitchen materials and utensils. Maintain cleanliness and order in the materials storage room. Ensure proper care of equipment and materials under one’s responsibility. Handle chemical products according to specifications and completed training.
