We are looking for a Tech Lead to build robust and scalable web and mobile applications. This role will play a pivotal technical leadership role across multidisciplinary engineering teams, define software architectures for high-traffic systems, and promote engineering best practices within the organization. **Responsibilities** * Build and evolve robust and scalable web and mobile applications * Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams * Mentor developers, fostering the team's technical growth * Design software architectures for high-traffic systems * Promote and disseminate engineering best practices within the team * Act as a technical partner to stakeholders and internal departments * Contribute to strategic technical decisions aligned with business objectives **Requirements** * 5+ years of full-stack software development experience * Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot * Experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript * Experience with React Native for mobile applications * Proven experience in technical leadership and developer mentoring * Strong communication skills, with a track record of collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams * Experience designing architectures for high-traffic systems **Nice-to-haves** * Knowledge of Kotlin * Experience with Quarkus and Panache Entity * Experience with Oracle DB **Additional information** * Work model: *Remote*
