**Management:** Refractories Area Management of the Steelmaking Plant **Position:** SUP REFRATARIO ACIARIA Prerequisites: * Bachelor's degree preferably in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Production Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields Desirable requirements: * Knowledge of refractories applied to steelmaking * Basic knowledge of performance indicators (lining service life, specific consumption, costs) * Experience in leading operational teams * Ability to make decisions in critical environments, organizational skills and sense of priority, proactivity and results orientation, resilience to work under pressure. * Availability to work in shifts and administrative hours, as required by operational needs Main responsibilities: * Supervise and guide the team in executing activities * Evaluate performance and development, including training effectiveness * Support management in budgetary control and managerial reporting * Assist in personnel administration (vacations, transfers, and discipline) * Monitor attendance, balancing results and quality of life * Audit processes and ensure compliance with and improvement of standards * Maintain area standards and records, ensuring operational stability
