Focus on scalability, resilience, and observability **Role Summary** We are seeking a technical leader to design and maintain mission-critical systems built with **Go**. The focus is on building containerized applications capable of operating in remote environments (Edge/Remote Computing), supporting dynamic reconfiguration at runtime and sending large volumes of metrics to a centralized observability infrastructure. Requirements: **1\. What We Expect from This Person** **Scalability and Performance:** Ensure efficient communication via **gRPC/ProtoBuf** and **REST**, minimizing network overhead on external servers. **Operational Resilience:** Implement **runtime configuration** strategies so the system adapts without requiring frequent restarts. **Observability Culture:** Establish **OpenTelemetry** and **Grafana** as the single source of truth for global operational status. **Native Security:** Integrate **DevSecOps (SAST/DAST)** practices from day one of development. **2\. Required Hard Skills** **Language:** Advanced proficiency in **Go (Golang)** and concurrency concepts. **Architecture:** Experience with **Microservices Architecture** and efficient communication via **ProtoBuf**. **Infrastructure:** In-depth knowledge of **Docker** and cloud services on **AWS**. **Telemetry:** Implementation of tracing and metrics using **OpenTelemetry**, with visualization in **Grafana**. **Quality:** Test automation and expertise in load testing to ensure stability under stress. Security: Familiarity with vulnerability analysis tools (SAST/DAST). **3\. Desired Differentiators** Experience with **Remote Computing** or **Edge Computing** systems.
