Remove supplies and utensils for use in the restaurant, banquet hall, bars, or food preparation areas, with prior authorization; 5\. Ensure proper maintenance and preservation of departmental equipment and materials; 6\. Handle chemical products according to information on product labels; 7\. Work in accordance with instructions from supervisors; 8\. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) where applicable; 9\. Follow standards outlined in the Good Practices Manual; 10\. Perform other related duties.
