**Responsibilities:** * Assist in installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities for refrigeration systems, such as air conditioning (split, VRF, chiller) and cold rooms. * Support the official technician and refrigeration mechanic in transporting tools, equipment, and materials required for service tasks. * Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace after completing service tasks. * Assist in assembling and disassembling equipment under guidance from more experienced professionals. * Perform simple tasks such as filter replacement, coil cleaning, and other activities under supervision. * Follow company-established safety guidelines and operational procedures. **Requirements:** * Professional or technical course in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (in progress or completed) is desirable. * Prior experience in general services or maintenance is a plus. * Willingness to learn and develop expertise in the refrigeration field. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and willingness to assist with various tasks. * Availability to perform physical tasks and assist with external services. * NR10 and NR35 certifications are a plus. **Advantages:** * Previous experience in support roles for refrigeration equipment maintenance or installation. * Aptitude for following instructions and learning new skills. * Proactivity and willingness to grow professionally within the field.
