For over 40 years, we have been an industry benchmark, maintaining rigorous quality standards, valuing operational discipline, and respecting people. **Brief job description** Assist in implementing occupational safety procedures, guiding employees and service providers on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as compliance with company policies and regulations, to ensure employee well-being. **Key responsibilities** * Conduct Weekly Safety Dialogues (WSD), Monthly Safety Meetings (MSM), and training sessions for drivers; * Identify unsafe acts and conditions on-site to prevent incidents and accidents; * Monitor confined space activities and supervise internal camera monitoring; * Inspect SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) monitoring equipment and building facilities equipment; * Prepare Work Accident Reports (WAR) and Work Permits (WP); * Participate in accident, near-miss, and non-conformance investigations; * Administer breathalyzer tests and monitor toxicological examinations for drivers; * Manage delivery of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) requisitions. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school and Technical Course in Occupational Safety (in progress or completed); * Flexible availability for working hours; * Responsible attitude, attention to regulations, and ability to work in teams. **Preferred qualifications** * **Education:** Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Experience in transportation, logistics, or operations involving hazardous materials; * Knowledge of SASSMAQ processes. **Job details** * **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * **Benefits:** Health insurance, uniform, telemedicine, corporate university, TotalPass, life insurance, dental plan. * **Opportunity also available for persons with disabilities (PwD).** **What we offer** At Cavalinho, you will work in a structured environment with defined processes and a constant focus on respect and holistic care.
