We are seeking a Quality Assistant to join the team at Óssea Medical Technology in Campinas, SP. This position will be responsible for activities related to promoting product quality. Óssea is a Brazilian manufacturing company currently experiencing rapid expansion and is a reference in developing high-tech solutions for the spine, certified internationally under **ISO 13485**. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed high school. Preferred training includes Mechanical Technical Drawing, Reading and Interpretation of Technical Drawings, and Mechanical Technician. **Knowledge:** Ability to read and interpret mechanical/technical drawings, and familiarity with measurement devices. **Analytical Skills:** Attention to detail, teamwork, organization, and concentration. Perform activities related to promoting product quality, assisting in and carrying out inspection and control actions to comply with applicable standards and regulations. * Assist in inspecting components, semi-finished products, raw materials, and supplies, including verification of received Quality documentation. * Follow established specifications and technical drawings, supporting product quality during the manufacturing process. * Inspect produced parts according to current documentation, using measurement devices (DMMs). * Identify non-conforming parts and forward them to responsible personnel for analysis. * Initiate Occurrence Reports, when necessary, for non-conforming products identified during inspections. * Assist in final product inspections, labels, and instructions for use. * Assist in re-inspections and re-evaluations of intermediate or finished products after rework. * Perform segregation of rejected parts in Quality Control. * Monitor the de-characterization of non-conforming parts (scrap). * Assist in product packaging. * Conduct part inspections, including use of calipers.
