The Production Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring that manufactured products meet the company's established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and technical specifications. **Responsibilities** * Perform visual and dimensional inspections on raw materials, components, and finished products, verifying compliance with technical specifications. * Conduct laboratory tests and quality analyses using specialized equipment to evaluate physical, chemical, and functional properties of materials and products. * Monitor production process stages, identifying potential deviations or non-conformities and immediately reporting them to responsible departments. * Record and maintain up-to-date quality control documentation, logging inspection results, test outcomes, and corrective actions taken. * Participate in production and quality meetings, contributing technical information and suggestions for improvement. * Support the implementation and maintenance of procedures, work instructions, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. * Assist in investigating root causes of non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. * Proactively identify trends of non-conformity, proposing actions before deviations impact the final product. * Use digital systems for recording and analyzing quality data, contributing to monitoring of indicators such as rework rate and others. * Perform calibration and maintenance of measurement and testing equipment, ensuring their accuracy and reliability. * Contribute to training and development of production teams on best practices for quality control and internal procedures. * Participate in internal and external audits, providing information and evidence demonstrating process and product compliance. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, applying root cause analysis tools and contributing technical data and reports for decision-making. * Support the implementation of continuous improvements in production processes, aiming to increase efficiency and final product quality. **Academic Qualifications** * Chemistry Technician * Active CRQ registration.
