**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Monitor sales, after-sales, workshop, and customer service processes Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and audits Monitor quality and customer satisfaction indicators Prepare management reports Identify failures and propose improvements Train teams on internal processes and standards Support leaders in corrective action planning **Requirements:** Requirements: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program Intermediate Excel proficiency Organizational skills and analytical mindset Strong communication skills Experience in quality-related areas is desirable Experience with indicators and audits is desirable **Technical Skills** Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (reports, indicators, controls, and dashboards) Ability to prepare management reports and monitor indicators (KPIs) Document organization and process control Basic understanding of internal auditing and process standardization Ability to interpret manufacturer manuals, standards, and procedures **Preferred Qualifications** Automotive industry knowledge **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Performance bonus, On-site meals, Transportation allowance
