Job details Type of contract: * Freelancer (PJ) Professional area: Information Technology / IT Work modality: Remote Responsibilities and duties Process Automation: Map and automate daily, weekly, and monthly financial routines of the FP&A team, eliminating manual work and operational failure risks. Data Migration and Integration: Develop scripts and routines (ETL) to extract, clean, and consolidate data currently scattered across spreadsheets (Excel/CSVs) and internal systems. Database Modeling: Create, structure, and maintain relational databases to ensure a "single source of truth" for the company's financial data. This activity will be carried out jointly with the Architecture or Data Engineering team, with the professional contributing to the implementation and evolution of the model according to defined guidelines. Web Application Development: End-to-end development (Front-end and Back-end) of a financial web application for budgetary control. Requirements and qualifications Back-end & Automation: Experience with Python (preferably with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, OpenPyXL) or Node.js/C# for API creation and business logic. Databases: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL; google) for table modeling, query creation, and performance optimization. Front-end: Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular for developing clean and responsive user interfaces (UI). The professional will collaborate with a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead, participating in technical decisions and contributing technically to their implementation. Version Control: Proficiency in Git/GitHub for code management. Nice-to-have (Bonus if you have): - Knowledge or prior experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Controlling projects (understanding concepts such as P&L, Cash Flow, Budget vs. Actual greatly facilitates communication). - Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) for application or database hosting. - Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) beyond custom development.
