At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work multidisciplinarily across disciplines such as civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation; * Develop detailed planning for activities related to the Receiving Inspection phase; * Prepare and manage schedules, register scopes in specific systems, and issue task sheets; * Create dashboards and management reports to monitor activities and present them in meetings with internal and external clients; * Plan and monitor the execution sequence of site activities and operations, defining phases, priorities, and schedules; * Support teams in project execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, strategy development, and control of material and labor costs; * Interpret technical project specifications to define activities, estimates, and budgets, and support negotiations with suppliers to achieve better cost\-benefit ratios; * Monitor physical project progress, analyze KPIs, consolidate data, and prepare management reports to support decision-making; * Provide support to Budget, Planning, and Procurement areas, sharing strategic information to define costs, materials, and scheduled production. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience resuming stalled projects, especially in highly complex scenarios and operational restoration processes; * Experience in construction planning within the oil \& gas sector, with knowledge of process flows and execution monitoring; * Ability to structure and organize projects, define execution phases, and integrate schedule and budget; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Ease of interfacing with various project areas, such as Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning; * Advanced knowledge of planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Smart Construction; * Advanced Excel skills; * Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies; * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (active CREA registration). **Additional Information** * We are seeking Planning Engineers to work on large-scale industrial projects, focusing on oil \& gas facilities, refineries, thermoelectric plants, and industrial plants. **Work Location:** Willingness to work in the Greater Recife region – PE (onsite model) * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach ever further! * OUR HISTORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais, born from the dream of three young engineers who began building roads—and never stopped.
