**Job Description**

Responsible for achieving the Quality department’s goals aligned with DHL Supply Chain’s operational needs and customer requirements. Implement, maintain, and enforce the Quality Management System adopted by DHL, ensuring compliance with corporate Quality-related guidelines. Serve as the site’s regulatory affairs contact.

Bachelor’s degree completed in Quality Management, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields.
**Responsibilities**
---------------------
1\. Ensure promotion and contribution toward achieving the company’s Quality Policy and Objectives by preparing and distributing relevant materials to raise awareness and engage all organizational departments in Quality matters;
2\. Responsible for managing site access blocks and unblocks;
3\. Implement and ensure maintenance of the Quality Management System;
4\. Develop TDM (Time and Data Management) for the team under supervision and comply with one’s own TDM (Time and Data Management);
5\. Map operational processes to validate Work Instructions and assess Quality-related risks;
6\. Manage internal and external audits (e.g., customers, certifications, governmental agencies);
7\. Ensure Quality Programs are implemented and reviewed monthly;
8\. Ensure training on Quality Management System documents and programs is delivered to site employees according to the training matrix;
9\. Evaluate customer-specified requirements and identify process improvement opportunities;
10\. Comply with HSE procedures;
11\. Support the Regulatory Affairs team in managing licenses and authorizations required for sites under one’s responsibility;
12\. Ensure timely updates of Quality process KPIs on visual management boards (Management by Sight);
13\. Responsible for managing internal and external site indicators;
14\. Manage Change Control;
15\. Deliver formal individual feedback to the team per HR schedule (annual) and standards;
16\. Ensure new employees receive mandatory training prior to commencing duties and that refresher training is conducted as needed;
17\. Monitor monthly training hours for each team member;
18\. Manage absenteeism, turnover, and disciplinary actions within the team;
19\. Manage working hours, vacations, residual salaries, time banks, and overtime in accordance with legislation;
20\. Ensure adherence to the DPDHL Code of Ethics and Conduct;
21\. Responsible for tracking and resolving issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions;
22\. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer Quality teams;
23\. Lead Quality-related projects;
24\. Responsible for team development and motivation;
25\. Responsible for Quality management at the Repacker Center per customer procedures and in full compliance with the Quality Book guidelines.
