**Mid-Level Backend Developer** We are looking for a **Backend Developer** to empower people and businesses through innovation, with attitude, leadership, and a focus on making things happen. **Your impact in this role:** Support the development, evolution, and maintenance of backend applications with a focus on quality, performance, security, and engineering best practices. Actively participate in defining technical solutions, contributing to architecture decisions, development standards, and microservice design. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (product, business, QA, SRE, architecture, among others).\- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, standards, and guidelines—reinforcing best practices, observability, and technical governance. Contribute to the development and evolution of highly available APIs and integrations focused on the customer’s digital journey. ✅ **Essential requirements:** Solid experience with Java 8\+ and Spring Boot Experience with messaging systems, preferably RabbitMQ Strong expertise in developing and maintaining microservices. Knowledge of REST APIs (design, versioning, best practices) and SOAP integrations. Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle) and non-relational databases (preferably MongoDB). * **Nice-to-have:** Practical experience with TDD/BDD and test automation in CI/CD pipelines. Experience with observability: structured logging, metrics, and monitoring. Work on high-performance systems handling large volumes of data and performance optimization.
