A national infrastructure company focused on road construction and maintenance is seeking a Management and Performance Specialist to support the organization and evolution of the company's management model. The position will be responsible for structuring and enhancing processes, performance indicators, and monitoring routines, ensuring greater alignment between strategy and execution. The role will operate cross-functionally, supporting leadership in goal setting and deployment, results analysis, and action prioritization. The ideal candidate is expected to identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and sustain daily management discipline, contributing to the company’s evolution toward a more structured, results-oriented operation. Requirements: **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields **Experience** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management, process management, or related areas * Experience in designing or evolving management models * Practical (not merely conceptual) experience in process improvement **Mandatory technical knowledge** * Process mapping and modeling (BPM / BPMN) * Performance indicator management (KPIs) * Continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean, or similar) * Structuring of management routines and performance monitoring * Data analysis and use of tools such as Excel **Desirable knowledge** * Balanced Scorecard (BSC) * Power BI or other data visualization tools * Process modeling tools (Bizagi, Miro, or similar) * Experience in consulting firms or organizations with structured governance * Experience in companies undergoing corporatization
