Responsible for supporting and executing HR department routines, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and proper organization of information.

3. Recruitment and selection assistance, including candidate screening and scheduling.
Responsible for supporting and executing HR routines, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and statutory deadlines. Handles hiring processes, time tracking, vacation management, leave administration, and terminations, ensuring information accuracy and reliability.
Also provides support to occupational medicine, third-party oversight, and labor-related matters, organizing documents and monitoring deadlines. Additionally assists in recruitment and selection activities, such as candidate screening and scheduling.
* Support and execute onboarding, offboarding, and termination procedures
* + Monitor and process electronic timekeeping and working hours
+ Administer vacations (track accrual periods and schedule usage)
+ Monitor leaves and related processes with the National Social Security Institute (INSS)
+ Support payroll processing (verifications and data provision)
+ Manage occupational health examinations and related routines
+ Organize documentation for labor litigation
+ Manage and monitor third-party contractors
+ Assist in recruitment and selection activities (screening and scheduling)
