Job Summary: Support the Quality and Performance area by monitoring inventories, indicators, and guidelines, and by working with systems and spreadsheets on quality-related activities. Key Highlights: 1. Support the organization, control, and updating of SGI documents and records 2. Assist in the development and review of procedures and work instructions 3. Contribute to the development of training materials and quality awareness campaigns Provide support to the Quality and Performance area and monitor Rotating and Cyclical Inventory activities, Process Indicators, and Basic Operational Guidelines, offering system- and spreadsheet-based support for quality-related tasks. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the organization, control, and updating of SGI documents and records; * Assist in the development and review of procedures, work instructions, and forms; * Support the team in analyzing and monitoring nonconformities, including tracking action plans and deadlines; * Contribute to updating risk and improvement opportunity records; * Support tracking of requests and follow-ups, ensuring timely information updates with relevant departments; * Monitor and support internal, customer, and certification body audits; * Support the organization of audit schedules and records, consolidating information and communications; * Contribute to developing supporting materials, presentations, and content for quality culture training and awareness campaigns; * Support process mapping and review, consolidating information with departmental responsible parties; * Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions conducted by the Quality area, under team guidance; * Participate in campaigns and initiatives aimed at promoting quality culture and SGI integration. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or Quality Management (from the 4th semester onward); * Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and/or 45001 standards is a plus; * Participation in academic projects, scientific initiation, or tutoring related to process improvement is a plus; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Interest in working in Quality Management and Integrated Management Systems; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn; * Must have convenient access to Barra da Tijuca. **Additional Information** We believe resources are precious and must be carefully managed to ensure their sustainability.
