




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and organizing building facilities, using cleaning materials and equipment while adhering to safety procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Must be proactive, organized, and able to work in a team In this position, you will work in a building. You will be responsible for cleaning building facilities, such as: reception area, security desk, lobbies, garage, floors, elevators, corridors, walls, pantries, fixed stairs (social and emergency), turnstiles, loading docks, glass surfaces and windows, trash bins, restrooms, etc. You will use materials including machinery, steam cleaners (VAP), floor polishers, etc., and cleaning products such as peroxide, removers, soap, and general-purpose chemicals. You will perform tasks following specific procedures learned during training, as well as safety equipment protocols to protect yourself from occupational hazards and accidents. You will maintain organization and cleanliness of used materials; For this position, you must be proactive, organized, and capable of working in a team.
