Project Financial Control Support * Cost Control (Budget): Populate project expense tracking spreadsheets, comparing budgeted vs. actual expenditures. * Invoice Management: Receive, verify, and classify supplier invoices for materials (pipes, valves, machinery) and service providers. * Project Cash Flow: Assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable linked to contract measurements. * Measurement Control: Prepare calculation records for measurements to support client billing. 2\. Planning and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Progress Reports: Assist in updating the physical\-financial schedule (S-Curve). * Technical File Organization: Maintain historical records of budgets, project revisions, and delivery documents (Data Books). * KPIs: Update databases for project-related indicators. 3\. Project Support and Sizing * Modeling: Assist in developing floor plans, sections, and isometric drawings of piping and ductwork using tools such as AutoCAD or Revit (BIM). * Quantity Takeoff: Extract exact material quantities (pipes, fittings, supports, valves) from project documents for budget preparation. * Supporting Calculations: Assist with simple pressure drop calculations, pump sizing, and component selection from technical catalogs. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Do you have these requirements?** * Preferred Degree Programs: Mechanical, Civil, Mechatronics, Chemical, Production, Mechanical, and Biomedical Engineering, with expected graduation by December/2027\. * Advanced Excel: This is the primary tool for this role (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts). * Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems: Familiarity with management software (e.g., TOTVS, or engineering-specific software) is desirable. * Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of BIM (Revit) or MS Project is a significant competitive advantage. * Technical Reading: Ability to interpret process flow diagrams and single-line diagrams. **Your differences drive our performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace, which means that, regardless of your gender identity, sexual orientation, color, age, religion, nationality or disability, we value a work environment made up of true stories, built by true people.
