Act as a change facilitator and propose solutions for efficiency **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a professional to support the implementation of strategic corporate projects, contributing to organizational transformation through process analysis, modeling, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: \- Map and redesign business area processes, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and BRZ's value chain; \- Support the conduct of diagnostics and workshops with leaders and stakeholders, promoting understanding of processes and their impacts; \- Structure deliverables such as SIPOC, flowcharts, RACI matrices, and action plans, consolidating results and improvement opportunities; \- Ensure business cycle fluidity and cross-functional integration in strategic projects; \- Support the implementation and monitoring of performance management routines (KPIs, meetings, action plans, and results); \- Act as a change facilitator, supporting leaders in communicating and sustaining new practices and processes; \- Propose solutions and best practices to eliminate waste, reduce rework, and strengthen operational controls; \- Actively participate in the culture of continuous learning, sharing knowledge and lessons learned; **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Knowledge of the civil construction business cycle (planning, execution, performance, and control); * Proficiency in process mapping and modeling (BPMN, VSM, SIPOC); * Diagnosis and redesign of workflow processes; * Structuring of RACI matrices and action plans; * Application of operational efficiency concepts (Lean and Kaizen); * Support for organizational performance management (KPIs and performance meetings); * Familiarity with project management and governance tools. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Specialization or certification in Project Management (PMI/PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management (Prosci/ADKAR) is desirable. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- HEALTH INSURANCE MEAL ALLOWANCE WELLZ PARTNERSHIPS AND BENEFIT PROGRAMS DENTAL PLAN TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE GYMPASS **Work Location:** ---------------------- BRZ EMPREENDIMENTOS E CONSTRUCOES S.A **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Administrative Hours
