In late 2019, Sika received the Swiss Technology Award for an innovative adhesive technology. **Job Description** Monitoring of factory activities, including conducting time studies and preparing PowerPoint presentations. Responsible for controlling and issuing Excel reports, as well as adapting and standardizing production and maintenance procedures according to the corporate model. Participating in reviewing and aligning factory procedures with corporate standards. Executing two continuous improvement projects with direct operational impact, focused on 5S, productivity enhancement, material flow optimization, or maintenance improvements affecting OEE. **Qualifications** Currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering or Process Engineering.
