### **About the Position** We are looking for a talented, proactive, and technically leadership-oriented Flutter Developer to build a new mobile application from scratch using Flutter and Dart, following current best practices. In addition to the new app, this person will also provide support and perform occasional maintenance on our native applications (Android and iOS), ensuring stability, performance, and a great user experience. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, participating in technical decisions, architecture definition, quality assurance, and continuous evolution of our mobile ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement a complete mobile application using Flutter and Dart * Collaborate with Design and Product teams to transform wireframes and prototypes into functional and intuitive interfaces * Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to engineering best practices * Work with design systems, reusable components, and visual standards * Integrate applications with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Redis * Implement unit and integration tests to ensure quality and stability * Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to technical standards and consistency * Focus on performance, user experience, and overall app quality * Provide support and perform occasional maintenance on native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) apps * Assist with bug fixes, minor improvements, and necessary production adjustments * Support the evolution of mobile engineering practices * Serve as a technical reference for the team * Collaborate on defining coding standards, quality criteria, and processes ### **Tech Stack & Technologies:** * Mobile: Flutter, Dart * Native Android: Kotlin * Native iOS: Swift * Architecture & practices: unit testing, integration testing, code review, engineering best practices * Familiarity with REST APIs, Redis, authentication, backend integration, and service consumption * Publishing: Google Play Console and Apple App Store * Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, App Distribution or similar) * Version control: Git * CI/CD: automated build, test, and deployment pipelines ### **Requirements:** * 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications (Flutter and/or native) * 2+ years of hands-on production experience with Flutter * Solid experience with Flutter and Dart, including building full-featured applications * Ability to identify and resolve issues with a focus on performance and UX * Experience with unit testing, CI/CD, and publishing to the Play Store and App Store * Familiarity with Git and version-control-based workflows * Strong communication skills, autonomy, mentoring ability, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams * Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and quality ### **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with MVVM (Android) and MVC (iOS) * iOS: UIKit and Auto Layout * Android: Jetpack Compose and Android Architecture Components (ViewModel, LiveData) * Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) * Knowledge of Vue.js and/or Nuxt for supporting web interfaces and cross-team products * Portfolio featuring apps published on Google Play and/or Apple App Store * Experience designing scalable and modular Flutter application architectures We are Brazil’s largest pet ecosystem, united by a single purpose: transforming the world into a place where pets are happier and healthier.
