Academic Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * Lead the technical execution of GenAI projects and PoCs, ensuring performance, delivery quality, and proper documentation. * Design scalable and robust pipelines and architectures. * Develop advanced workflows using RAG, embeddings, and database integrations. * Conduct prompt testing, model fine\-tuning, and evaluation of generative AI frameworks and approaches. * Support and guide junior professionals on technical deliverables. * Ensure code quality, standardization, and comprehensive documentation for handover.
