Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Defensive and Offensive Security Consultant for Marsh Advisory, responsible for cybersecurity projects such as ethical hacking and vulnerability management across Latin America. Professional development opportunities. **What can you expect from this role?** We seek a senior-level professional to join Marsh Advisory’s Cyber Risk Consulting team as a Senior Defensive and Offensive Security Consultant for Latin America. This individual will be responsible for executing cybersecurity projects related to ethical hacking, cyber intelligence, vulnerability management, Red Team operations, and other related areas for Marsh Advisory clients. **In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:** * Adhere to updated methodologies and procedures to conduct cybersecurity technical testing based on industry best practices * Perform penetration testing on infrastructure, networks, applications, cloud services, mobile devices, ATMs, kiosks, IoT, and other specialized devices * Plan and execute cyber intelligence services * Analyze and validate vulnerabilities in infrastructure and applications * Develop, customize, and execute exploits * Develop scripts for attack automation * Define applicable recommendations for identified vulnerabilities. * Develop and present test result reports to executive and technical stakeholders. * Support Marsh Advisory clients’ Infrastructure, Network, Development, Information Security, Cybersecurity, and other related teams in implementing countermeasures to remediate identified vulnerabilities. * Participate in developing studies related to Cybersecurity aspects, particularly Penetration Testing and Red Team approaches. * Stay informed and share knowledge about global cyber threats, threat actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), as well as emerging security technologies. * Interact with other specialists from Marsh Advisory’s Cyber Risk Consulting practice and with Marsh’s internal Cybersecurity team. * In special cases, provide after-hours support for cyber incidents. **What do we offer?** * Be part of a highly specialized regional consulting team. * Opportunity to interact with renowned organizations at the regional level. * Participation in Marsh’s regional and global initiatives. * Professional development opportunities. * Highly competitive benefits. **What should your profile be?** * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Significant experience in ethical hacking tests for infrastructure and applications. * Experience conducting security configuration reviews. * Experience writing scripts in Perl, Python, or other programming languages. * Participation in CTF competitions. * Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for diverse audiences. * Proficiency in Spanish Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor.
