We value leadership, human development, and modern solutions (BIM and ESG), always focusing on safety, quality, and deadlines—without bureaucracy. **Key Responsibilities** The objective is to deliver comprehensive budgets across the following segments: Logistics, Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Data Center, and Airport. Activities include quantity take-offs, supplier quotations, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) completion, value engineering, and final budget approvals with management. * Perform accurate quantity take-offs of services, materials, and inputs required for construction execution, ensuring compliance with design documents and specifications; * Obtain supplier quotations, ensuring optimal cost\-benefit ratios for services and materials required for the project; * Develop cost compositions and budgets within the ERP system, based on obtained quotations and project specifications; * Conduct value engineering analyses, proposing solutions that optimize costs without compromising service quality; * Carry out technical site visits to construction sites, suppliers, and service providers to gather data and ensure the feasibility of budget proposals; * Analyze and interpret execution drawings and specification documents to ensure accuracy in cost estimates and alignment with proposed solutions.
