Job Summary: Responsible for supervising the laboratory team, monitoring production, quality, and deadlines, as well as interacting with clients and developing the team. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and review work instructions, and conduct performance evaluations. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise the outsourcing laboratory team; * Communicate established production targets to the team; * Monitor deadlines, quality, production, costs, and raw material inventory; * Update the daily production tracking spreadsheet; * Attend and participate in Health and Safety meetings with the client; * Perform critical analysis of testing requests; * Contact and support clients via email and periodic meetings; * Develop and review work instructions, when necessary; * Select appropriate personnel according to laboratory activity requirements through a selection process; * Conduct performance evaluations for subordinates in accordance with the company's methodology and frequency; * Contribute to the Needs Assessment process and implementation of the Annual Training Program approved by Management; **Prerequisites:** * Willingness to work throughout the national territory; * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields; * Prior professional experience in laboratories, chemical analyses, and equipment (minimum of 2 years preferred); * Previous experience in gold analysis laboratories will be considered an advantage; * Brazilian National Driver's License, Category B; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
