




Job Description: Required: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Desirable: * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Familiarity with integrated ERP systems * Experience with administrative routines * Quality awareness based on the 5S methodology * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Knowledge of Halal products * Support inventory control activities, including recording material and product receipts and shipments, receiving invoices or requisitions, verifying data, entering information into the system, monitoring quantities, and maintaining up-to-date inventory status to enable timely replenishment or inventory audits, under supervision. * Receive products, verify invoices, compare them against purchase orders, arrange unloading, assign item codes, enter data into the system, assign storage locations, and ensure proper storage in designated areas. * Verify products and materials by inspecting items, packaging, and invoices; cross-checking information and delivery deadlines, quantities, brands, quality, and expiration dates; and ensuring all required documentation is available for accounting and control purposes. * Respond to requests from various departments to the warehouse, obtain necessary authorizations, withdraw materials from stock while observing item expiration dates (FIFO system), deliver materials to recipients, and update inventory records accordingly for control purposes. * Request timely replenishment of frequently used materials to prevent shortages when needed. * Assist in generating spreadsheets listing consumption of specific materials (e.g., chemicals) to meet regulatory requirements set forth by relevant government agencies. * Organize the warehouse, marking hazardous areas, labeling products, arranging shelves, pallets, containers, and equipment, and maintaining overall order to facilitate handling and storage of stored items. * Participate in warehouse inventory audits by comparing physical stock balances with system data for control and accounting purposes, identifying discrepancies, and implementing necessary adjustments. * Update supplier and product master data managed by the warehouse, adding or modifying information to ensure accessibility through internal systems. * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization, and ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment in compliance with applicable standards and procedures. 2512150202201865523
