Opportunity for technical growth within the sector **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Pizza Assistant** to support dough preparation, fillings, pizza assembly, and operational organization, contributing to product quality, speed, hygiene, and standardization, always following company procedures. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Prior experience in pizzerias, kitchens, or food production is a plus; * Basic knowledge of food handling and good hygiene practices; * Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility; * Speed, commitment, and teamwork; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Desired Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Commitment to quality and standardization; * Good communication and professional demeanor; * Ability to follow routines and procedures; * Willingness to learn and grow technically within the sector. **Summary of Key Tasks** * Prepare dough, fillings, toppings, and other recipes produced by the establishment according to established standards; * Assist in pizza assembly, finishing, and operational organization; * Ensure optimal utilization of all ingredients used in the department to avoid waste; * Request ingredients and work materials from inventory as needed for operations; * Strictly follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for hygiene, cleaning, organization, and food safety; * Keep ingredient expiration labels consistently updated; * Perform basic checks on the functionality of department equipment; * Properly remove and dispose of trash; * Support other departments whenever necessary; * Maintain clean, ironed uniforms and professional personal appearance; * Comply with and respect company policies, rules, and regulations.
