Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for preparing food, assisting in dish execution, monitoring ingredient quality, and adhering to good food handling practices. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare and execute dishes according to the menu and customer requests 2. Monitor food quality and prevent waste 3. Assist chefs and prepare appetizers and desserts * Perform culinary tasks, such as preparing mise en place according to menu requirements; * Assist in executing dishes according to customer orders listed on the ticket; * Prevent food waste; * Ensure food quality by checking expiration dates and proper storage; * Assist in buffet dish preparation according to standardized technical sheets and reference photos; * Prepare basic sauces; * Assist other chefs; * Prepare cold appetizers; * Assist in dessert preparation; * Follow the Procedures Manual and Good Practices; * Perform other related duties.
