Job Summary: Multifunctional maintenance professional responsible for performing carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and cleaning tasks to ensure facility preservation. Key Highlights: 1. Support for maintenance services on furniture and ceilings (PVC/Plasterboard) 2. Execution of masonry and hydraulic repair tasks 3. Preparation of materials and cleaning of tools/working areas **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform tasks according to established deadlines, safeguarding materials and avoiding waste; * Support maintenance services on furniture (carpentry) and PVC or plasterboard ceiling systems; * Support masonry activities, such as wall construction and general plastering; * Support plumbing work, repairs, and construction; * Support floor tiling; * Lay bricks, tiles, and plaster constructed structures; * Support maintenance services and minor masonry, concrete, and other material constructions; * Support painters and masons in wall, ceiling, and slab cladding, as well as final finishing required for the job; * Support installation of door frames, doors, and windows using trade-appropriate tools and in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and work orders; * Prepare materials to be used in general work and repairs; * Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and working areas, ensuring hygiene and compliance with standardized safety and environmental regulations; * Collaborate in maintaining tools, utensils, equipment, and other general-use company items under the department’s custody; * Assist in transporting materials such as sand, cement, gravel, etc. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Elementary education; * Carpentry skills; * Basic knowledge of masonry.
