Job Summary: Professional to provide general maintenance support, including carpentry, masonry, and plumbing, while safeguarding materials and ensuring safety. Key Highlights: 1. Concern for hygiene and safety regulations **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform tasks according to established deadlines, safeguarding materials and avoiding waste; * Assist in furniture (carpentry) maintenance and ceiling installations using PVC or plasterboard; * Assist in masonry activities, such as wall construction and general plastering; * Assist in plumbing work, including repairs and construction; * Assist in floor installation; * Lay bricks, tiles, and plaster constructed structures; * Assist in maintenance and minor masonry, concrete, and other material construction tasks; * Assist painters and masons in wall, ceiling, and slab cladding, as well as final finishing required for the job; * Assist in installing door frames, doors, and windows using appropriate trade tools and in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and work orders; * Prepare materials to be used in general work and repairs; * Perform cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas, with attention to hygiene and compliance with standardized safety and environmental regulations; * Contribute to maintaining tools, utensils, equipment, and other general-use company items under the department’s custody in good condition; * Assist in transporting materials such as sand, cement, gravel, etc. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Primary education; * Carpentry skills; * Basic knowledge of masonry.
