Job Summary: The professional will handle logistics data entry and updates, issue and verify fiscal documents, track orders, and assist in inventory control and transportation scheduling. Interaction with suppliers, carriers, and customers **Job Responsibilities:** * Enter and update logistics data in the logistics control system (material receipt and dispatch); * Issue and verify fiscal documents, invoices, delivery manifests, and transport orders; * Track orders, delivery deadlines, and delivery status; * Support inventory control, stocktaking, and material movement; * Assist in transportation scheduling and route planning; * Attend to suppliers, carriers, and customers; * Support resolution of discrepancies (damages, shortages, and delays); **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in logistics, administration, or related fields is desirable); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Basic knowledge of logistics and administrative processes; * Prior experience in the field is desirable; * Availability to work from 9:12 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
