Job Summary: This position assists installation technicians in repairing floors, ceilings, and decks by preparing surfaces, adjusting finishes, and organizing materials. Key Highlights: 1. Support for repairs of wooden and bamboo floors, ceilings, and decks 2. Assistance with simple cuts, sanding, and technical cleaning 3. Maintenance of a clean, organized, and safe workplace Assist installation technicians in executing repairs on wooden and bamboo floors, ceilings, and decks; support surface preparation, disassembly, adjustments, and finishing; handle material and tool movement, transportation, and organization; assist with simple cuts, sanding, technical cleaning, and product application under supervision; maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace during and after work; comply with safety regulations, PPE usage, and Neobambu procedures; support general construction activities as operationally required. Experience in construction, carpentry, maintenance, or installations is a plus.
