We are seeking an assistant to perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities in the office, store, and cafeteria, ensuring proper functioning of facilities and preventing failures that could cause losses or disruptions.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Plumbing**
* Replacing faucet components
* Unclogging drains and toilets
* Cleaning water tanks
* Inspecting and identifying leaks
**Basic Electrical Work**
* Replacing light bulbs and ballasts
* Replacing outlets and switches in low-voltage circuits
**Masonry and Painting**
* Minor wall and drywall repairs
* Surface painting
* Repairing loose floor tiles and wall tiles
**Carpentry and Woodworking**
* Adjusting doors
* Replacing locks and hinges
* Basic furniture maintenance
**Preventive Maintenance**
* Performing daily checklists for lighting and general building upkeep
* Supporting preventive maintenance of facilities
**Other Responsibilities**
* Supervising third-party companies providing building maintenance or renovation services
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in building maintenance or similar roles
* Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, and carpentry
* Completed high school education.
