Work environment that values organization and attention to detail Perform furniture assembly and disassembly, ensuring quality, safety, finish, and customer satisfaction, in compliance with company-established standards. * Assemble and disassemble furniture in-store * Interpret manuals, blueprints, and assembly instructions * Verify parts, hardware, and accessories prior to commencing assembly * Identify and report missing or damaged parts and components * Perform adjustments, calibrations, and alignments to ensure optimal furniture functionality * Carry out minor adaptations when authorized and technically feasible * Install accessories, handles, drawer slides, hinges, and other components * Properly handle manual and electric tools used in assembly * Maintain, organize, and clean assembly tools and equipment * Ensure site organization and cleanliness upon completion of assembly * Adhere to scheduled timelines and deadlines for assembly tasks * Follow occupational safety regulations and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Safeguard company property and customers' belongings during service execution * Record and report any incidents occurring during assembly Requirements * Completed elementary education * Experience in furniture assembly * Knowledge of assembly manual reading * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools Competencies * Organization * Attention to detail * Agility * Responsibility * Commitment * Good communication * Teamwork * Proactivity Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
