




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional interested in carpentry and project design to develop custom furniture using Promob, with emphasis on learning and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with administrative tasks and organization Required Knowledge, Experience, and Prerequisites: We seek candidates interested in entering the fields of carpentry, project design, and IT, as we aim to train professionals to develop custom furniture projects using the Promob software. Candidates must be punctual, organized, diligent, and eager to learn/study. Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office is mandatory, as is practical experience in sending/receiving emails. Job Responsibilities: Learn carpentry project design using Promob through company-funded courses. Assist with daily operations, including: issuing fiscal invoices; preparing payroll reports for submission to the accounting office; purchasing/receiving materials; monitoring inventory via system; organizing inventory and the workplace itself; organizing documents, archiving and filing papers; acting as intermediary between clients and/or suppliers and the company via phone and/or email to schedule quotations and services. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, with a one-hour lunch break between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM. Transportation allowance is fully covered; therefore, only candidates residing in Campinas will be considered. All employees are hired under the CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) regime.
