Focus on safety, environmental, and quality standards Interpret project drawings and specifications to plan activities; construct, assemble, adjust, and repair formwork, windows/doors, and wooden structures; perform installations and concrete pouring when required; transport and maintain tools and equipment; maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and preservation; use PPE correctly; participate in training sessions; and comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards, contributing to continuous improvement and employee well-being.
