Job Summary: A professional responsible for equipment maintenance, project interpretation, service time estimation, and assembly of various wooden and metallic structures at construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly of wooden and metallic structures. 2. Care and maintenance of equipment and tools. 3. Project analysis and anticipation of problems. * Maintain and care for service equipment and tools; * Read and interpret project drawings; * Estimate service time; * Prepare the construction site; * Mark cutting lines; * Observe markings, dimensions, and materials; * Cut and shape wood; * Assemble metallic formwork; * Assemble wooden formwork; * Install doors and windows; * Assemble, distribute, and remove supports (scaffolding beams); * Assemble roof trusses, rafters, battens, and purlins; * Check level and plumb; * Perform isolation using temporary fencing; * Assemble wooden roof structures; * Inspect, modify, or repair structural timbering on-site; * Inspect doors, baseboards, walls, ceilings, and roofs.
