Our **Accounts Payable and Receivable** team is looking for a professional who will manage operational cash flow processes, accounts payable, financial onboarding of new companies into the group, and serve as the technical reference for ERP financial integrations and enhancements. No problem—we support **remote/home office work**. **Responsibilities and duties** * Prepare daily and weekly cash forecasts by consolidating operational payment movements as liquidity inputs for leadership; * Analyze and explain variances between budgeted and actual cash movements, supporting data-driven decisions with structured visibility; * Maintain and enhance the forecasting model by incorporating seasonality, non-recurring events, and changes in payment profiles; * Calculate and publish departmental KPIs: payment efficiency, late payment rate, average approval time, and other operational metrics; * Ensure sufficient cash availability to settle approved payments, generate payment files, and transmit them to partner banks; * Contribute to specifications for enhancing payment automation; * Serve as the technical focal point for the squad on the financial ERP, supporting enhancements to the current system and actively participating in the transition to the new corporate ERP (requirement specification, testing, and integrations); * Support financial integration of acquired companies (M&A), when applicable: mapping area processes, standardizing master data, and migrating to the central ERP. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Experience preparing cash flow statements or financial forecasts in medium-to-large enterprises; * Experience managing accounts payable and high-volume payments; * Hands-on experience with financial ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Protheus, Sankhya, Senior, or similar), including accounts payable and treasury modules; * Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. **Additional information** **Differentiators** * Experience in financial M&A: due diligence, post-closing integration, or standardization of acquired companies’ processes; * Experience in ERP migration or replacement projects (beyond routine operations); * Experience working at a financial institution regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB); * Knowledge of working capital metrics: CCC, DSO, DPO; * Knowledge of SQL and analytical tools (Databricks, Power BI); * Exposure to environments preparing for IPO/SOX compliance; * Use of AI for process automation. **Work model** * 8-hour workday (Monday to Friday); * CLT employment contract. **We are a Fintech**, a Payment Institution accredited by the Central Bank of Brazil, and **our purpose is to maximize business productivity through technology.** We offer a comprehensive solution for receivables management, payments, receivables factoring, and serve over 200,000 customers—including freelancers, microentrepreneurs (MEI), and large enterprises.
