Join us in writing our story and building our future.** Apply now to our open positions! **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the structuring and execution of Data Quality initiatives, including: * Structuring and/or evolving a code-based quality framework (Quality as Code) * Implementing automated validations * Ensuring quality for unstructured data: defining an approach for quality in this data type \+ implementing controls, validations, and establishing best practices * Proactive engagement * Implementing alerting mechanisms * Structuring sustainable monitoring practices * Supporting the definition of quality metrics * Proposing incident response processes * Collaborating with the team to investigate failures **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Proven, hands-on experience in Data Quality * Genuine seniority (autonomous profile capable of structuring and executing independently) * Experience with: * Defining quality rules * Monitoring data * Handling inconsistencies * Strong proficiency in: * SQL * Data manipulation and analysis **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with: * Data Quality as Code (e.g., Great Expectations, Soda, dbt, or similar tools) * Unstructured data * Data Observability * Prior work in complex corporate environments * Experience with data governance **Expected Responsibilities** * Work in a **hands-on** capacity * Contribute to **structural definitions** * Collaborate closely with internal teams * Bring critical insight and propose improvements * Support advancing data quality maturity * **100% remote work** * **Project Duration:** **Until Dec/26 (subject to extension)** **Additional Information** **At our company, you will find a collaborative environment and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your growth, health, and quality of life.
