**Posted on: May 19, 2026** ------------------------------------ **Contract type: Permanent** ----------------------------- **Rio de Janeiro** ------------------ #### **DESCRIPTION** * Operate, support, and enhance observability and monitoring for Globo Technologies' solutions. * Support N3 and N4 handover processes for new features and services into production, implementing alerting across the entire ecosystem and operational dashboards, as well as integrating them with centralized alarm management solutions. * Propose automation solutions to ensure business continuity and scalability. * Monitor and maintain customer solutions to consistently deliver the best possible experience to customers. #### **REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS** Essential Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields; * **Solid experience in operationalizing and/or maintaining Content Delivery Network (CDN) solutions: understanding of how a CDN works, including caching, load balancing, and architecture involving origin servers and edge servers;** * **Experience with solutions such as Cloudflare, Akamai, Fastly, and others** * **Solid experience with Windows and Linux operating systems** * **Solid experience with monitoring tools and solutions such as Zabbix, Grafana, and Slack** * **Solid experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Oracle, AWS, and Google Cloud** * **Solid experience with TCP/IP networking and internet concepts** * Knowledge of cloud infrastructure: understanding of third-party infrastructures such as AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage * Programming skills: ability to use APIs and developer tools to optimize resources and ensure high availability and performance * Knowledge of web technologies: familiarity with web content such as HTML pages, images, videos, CSS files, and JavaScript Desirable Requirements: * Experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and PaaS * Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes * Familiarity with DevOps and SRE philosophies * Practical knowledge of automation solutions ***Candidates must be available to work in a hybrid model in Rio de Janeiro, at the client site, under an 8×5 schedule, with one weekend per month worked.*** #### **BENEFITS** * To be determined #### **APPLICATIONS** Applications accepted until June 30, 2026.
