You will participate in the day-to-day activities and projects that keep operations running: planning, monitoring, analysis, continuous improvement, and problem-solving — from field-level to corporate (where applicable). Here, you won’t be a spectator. You’ll build, test, make mistakes, learn, and deliver. **Responsibilities and duties** **What you’ll do** Depending on your profile, you may contribute across areas such as: * Supporting **engineering and operations** routines with data and analysis for decision-making * Monitoring KPIs and action plans (efficiency, reliability, productivity, quality) * Supporting **continuous improvement** projects and process standardization * Interfacing with multidisciplinary teams (operations, maintenance, integrity, supply, SMS, etc.) * Participating in initiatives to optimize resources, reduce losses, and increase performance **Requirements and qualifications** We’re looking for people who have: * Genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn in the “real world” * Interest in solving practical problems (not just academic ones) * Analytical ability and structured thinking * Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate closely with the team * An owner’s mindset: hands-on attitude, accountability, and focus on results * We don’t expect you to know everything — we expect you to want to learn quickly.
