Description

Elicits business needs. Elicits and analyzes user stories. Works in conjunction with technology and business teams. Manages, slices, discards, and prioritizes the product backlog – in support of the product owner. Defines sprint goals. Defines acceptance criteria for coded user stories. Conducts the validation of deliveries with the business manager. Supports users regarding the use and creation/update of system usage manuals. **Contractual Requirements** * **Minimum experience:** 8 years in the technology field **OR** 6 years \+ 2 recognized professional certifications * **Academic background:** Completed higher education in IT or related fields **OR** Higher education in any field \+ postgraduate degree in IT (min. 360h) * **Additional qualifications:** Postgraduate degree/MBA in Software Engineering **OR** 3 professional certifications in the field of operation or agile methodologies **Agile Methodology (Scrum**) * **Creation of User Stories:** Ability to translate business or customer needs into clear, short, and actionable requirements; * **Definition of Acceptance Criteria:** Ability to specify the conditions that the functionality must satisfy to be considered complete and correct. * **Scrum Ceremonies:** Practical knowledge and active participation in events such as: **Daily Scrum:** Synchronization and planning of the day. **Sprint Planning:** Definition of the Sprint goal and the *backlog*. **Sprint Review:** Demonstration of the developed product. **Sprint Retrospective:** Continuous improvement of the process. #### **Technical Skills** * **PostgreSQL Database:** Experience in querying and writing *queries* (SQL queries), knowledge in data modeling, * **Prototyping:** Ability to create visual representations (wireframes, mockups, low or high-fidelity prototypes) of an interface or functionality, using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD....
