We are looking for an intern to join our Product Operations team, working in an environment that combines **quality, data, and artificial intelligence** in day-to-day practice. You will directly support indicator tracking, dashboard development, and creation/validation of AI-powered automations—an authentic opportunity to apply (and learn) cutting-edge tools while contributing to decisions that impact operations. If you have a genuine interest in processes, quality, and automation—and want to be where AI moves beyond theory into daily routine—this role is for you. **Responsibilities and Assignments** **Data and Indicators** * Prepare reports and analyses on team deliverables; * Monitor quality, productivity, SLA, ticket, and recurrence-of-failure indicators; * Support the organization, cleaning, normalization, and updating of databases used for indicators; * Analyze data and report deviations to your supervisor to inform decision-making. **Automation and Artificial Intelligence** * Support requirements gathering, development, testing, documentation, and implementation of process automations—including AI-based solutions; * Test and validate dashboards, automations, and AI-based solutions before operational use; * Validate AI-generated responses against source materials; * Record tests, validation criteria, results, and evidence related to automations, dashboards, and AI-based solutions. **Processes and Documentation** * Support tasks related to structuring and developing dashboards; * Draft and update SOPs, checklists, workflows, decision rules, and other process-related documents; * Create flowcharts and presentations; * Compile results from ticket resolution. *Note: Activities are supportive and learning-oriented, conducted under supervision, without decision-making or financial responsibility, in compliance with Brazil’s Internship Law (Law No. 11\.788/2008\).* **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Information Systems, Production Engineering, Data Science, or related fields; * Availability to work **Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break;** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Familiarity with and interest in using AI tools daily—including prompt engineering (best practices and maintenance); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word/Documents, email); * Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including database organization, filters, basic formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation; * Interest in quality, processes, data, and automation. **Additional Information** We are **Knewin**, the largest reputation management platform powered by data intelligence, serving over 2,000 clients.
