Ensure financial profitability of service projects **Senior Project Analyst** ============================== TOTVS | Goiânia | GO | Hybrid Job Description Job Mission – Responsible for leading implementation/evolution projects with clients, aiming to ensure implementation quality and success, while mobilizing necessary resources to meet deadlines and deliverables agreed upon with the client. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Lead intermediate projects under your responsibility, with and without customizations; * Identify and document project stakeholders based on MIT guidelines; * Serve as the focal point for clients and internal departments, sharing data and information via emails, calls/meetings, and system records; * Identify risks associated with projects under your responsibility and record them in the system; * Record lessons learned, based on MIT documentation; * Plan and allocate resources involved in the project; * Report project data to management using KPIs; * Ensure timely billing for service projects, in accordance with the commercial proposal signed by the client; * Guarantee financial profitability of service projects under your responsibility; * Ensure consistent time tracking for all allocated resources on projects under your responsibility. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Microsoft Office Suite – Excel | Advanced level. * Theoretical knowledge of project tools and methodologies. Desirable Requirements IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD: * Project management tools, Agile (courses) – Desirable; * Knowledge of Winthor ERP; * Knowledge of the retail sector.
